No. Our fixed fees are based on your turnover and are detailed on our prices page. There are absolutely NO hidden fees and our accounts fee includes filing your Accounts & Tax Returns.
Yes. Many of our clients pay on a yearly basis after we have prepared your accounts.
Yes, we do not charge extra for Tax Returns. There are no hidden fees.
Yes, we can provide FREE annual book-keeping. However please be aware that the HMRC have launched a scheme called “Business Records Checks” which requires you to produce your own regular book-keeping and you would possibly not be complying with this. You can find out more information at www.hmrc.gov.uk
Our normal fees for payroll are £150 for the first employee and £50 for every additional employee. i.e. £250 for 3 employees.
We can produce VAT Returns if your business is VAT Registered. As an example, for a sole-trader turning over £100,000 per annum, our fees are approximately £150 per quarter, when we produce your accounts.
We can give you a fixed quote if you require.
It is easy to transfer to Chatsworth Accounting Limited. When you register online we will ask for your previous accountants contact details (if applicable) and will write to them on your behalf to request transfer information.
We only deal with businesses based in England due to differences in the tax system.
No. There are various industries we do not deal with such as import / export businesses or any businesses with a complex nature or anything that we do not usually deal with.
We reserve the right to decline to act for any person registering through our website.
We will need copies of your sales invoices, expense invoices, bank statements, cheque books / paying in books and details of any book-keeping records or any other information required to complete your accounts.
We refund your postage costs for sending documents to us during the year up to £10 in value.
Please send your records by insured, signed for recorded delivery to 20 Livingstone Road, Caterham, Surrey, CR3 5TG. We may also provide a free courier service or collection in person.
Yes. We can often offer large discounts if you have more than 1 set of accounts to complete at the same time.
